WHERE WILL MY PRODUCE COME FROM?

We source all our fresh produce daily from the Brisbane markets at Rocklea, and as much as possible from local farmers in the South East Qld region. 

WHY DO WE ONLY DELIVER IN THE REDLANDS AREA?

Online deliveries is a new service we are providing and therefore we have limited the delivery area so we can give the best possible service and produce to our customers. Our aim is to start in our existing area and expand into other suburbs as the demand increases. We apologise if your suburb does not fall into our delivery catchment at this time.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR PLACING AN ORDER?

Place your online order by 11 pm for next day delivery. Deliveries are available Monday to Friday (Deliveries not available on Saturday or Sunday).

For your convenience you can also place an order and choose you delivery date up to 5 days in advance. No deliveries on Public Holidays. We also have"blockout days" for our busy times of year.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

We aim for our delivery van to be on the road between 10am and 1pm.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO COLLECT MY DELIVERY?

This is entirely up to you. If no one is home we will follow your specific delivery instructions and aim to leave your order in a cool, dry place. We do recommend that if you are buying cold items that your are home. 

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE & REWARD POINTS?

We will deliver in the suburbs stated above for a flat fee of $6.95.

Online orders do not accumulate any rewards points. Reward points are only redeemable at the Carindale and Chermside stores at time of purchase.

 

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE?

If you place an order and for some reason a product becomes unavailable, we will refund the full amount for that product. We do not substitute out of stock products.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER OR IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF A PRODUCT?
