Jarradale are a large variety of pumpkin. They are a variety characterised by a silver-grey skin and flat top and bottom. Inside, the flesh is a deep orange colour with a dry texture and mildly sweet flavour. This pumpkin can be cooked in a variety of ways and will complement both sweet and savoury recipes. The seeds are edible as well after roasting and can be eaten alone or added to salads.
